I'm attending a few interviews for a recruiter position, and I'm really facing some problems in answering some questions. I'm not able to make my interviewers happy.
The first question would be, "Tell me about yourself." Please tell me the format. I do have 1.8 years of experience (it's like 10 months gap, 10 months, so total 1.8 years). If they are asking about targets and closures, I really don't know what to reply. Usually, how many closures and targets do they expect from a recruiter?
On the technical side, like how I need to prepare, I'm struggling hard to advance in my career. All my friends are well-placed, and they are all in the IT sector, but I like only the HR side.
Please don't ask me to search on this website for questions and answers. Generally, everybody does say this.
