It is only in the stage of a Bill and has not become an Act.Don"t get confused .When it becomes the Law CITEHR contributors will intimate that.Till then hold on .

It is a private bill, neither introduced in Loksabha or Rajya sabha nor the notification is introduced. Hence wait for next session.
