In your Excel Work-Book, there are 4 Worksheets named as "Salary", "Sheet2", "Sheet3" and "Sheet2".
You have given a very simple Salary Register Format in the Worksheets "Salary". The data in the other Worksheets has been deleted (as is evident from the formatting that stil remains). It seems that your Excel Sheet is incomplete.
Please arrange to provide full details, as FFarhan has done. Please!!
