Thanks a lot for your help.. but actually I want it little different as this really useful to track your personal travel exp or to keep your record but for one time reimbursement I feel we should have a single page form, just fill it and attach it with the original doc get it approved by your manager and give it to fin.

I need to set Convenence allowance per KM in my company. Waht is present convenence reimbursment rate. Can anybody suggest how i can set it. What are the factors and how much that are counted for this. Like average+maintenance cost+depreciation cost, etc-etc,
