Everyone, maybe a leader or manager, needs to take a lesson from the story that even the lowest rung employee of your organization has to play a vital role in the development of the organization as well as lending support or supplementing the role of even the top boss.

So, better try to recognize the potential of each of your subordinates, which we usually ignore, and respect him and his job for the betterment of your own role as well as the organization on the whole.

For the giver, it might be small, but for the recipient, it will be big and bright. Whatever you give, provide the help without thinking it is tiny.
