I am not discouraging you, but your PPT is, although contains valuable information, yet it is too lengthy, flat and complicated. One looses interest midway. Please try to make it simple. That could be the reason that after so many views, there is no comment.

I want employee suggestion scheme in kannada language as our employees are not so familiar with english language . Once we start suggestion scheme then employees should be fel free to put their idea in writing.
