A HR Generalist is a kind of Admin and is responsible for overseeing salary, PF-ESI, personal files, all types of billing, and attendance as well. They are the main person responsible for managing CL, EL, and all leave statuses, issuing identity cards and other goods and facilities to employees for records and MIS, and also assisting in recruitment if needed. This is a very responsible position.

HR Generalists are one of the most exciting profiles. The HR Generalist role involves a combination of various HR sub-functions. Apart from recruitment, they also actively participate in Performance & Training. For any beginner looking to start in HRG, it is the best option. It also involves transactional work in HR.
