Starting a Safety Training Institute in India: Can I Offer In-House Training and Audits?

Hi,

I'm new to this group. My name is Prabhu B.E (civil). I'm working in Singapore as a Safety Consultant. I've started a Safety and Quality Training Institute in Tamil Nadu. Basically, I know India has some safety acts: Factory Act and Building Act. I want to conduct In-house training and Safety Audits for Indian companies. Is this possible?
