If you are aware with the acts, it will be better to comply.
Overall in case of PF, You need to fill various forms like FORM 2 for new joininee's nomination, FORM 5 for new joinees in the scheme, FORM 10 for left from scheme. FORM 12 A for monthly statement of contrinbution, CHALLAN for making monthly payment of contribution etc.
In case of ESI, monthly challan for contribution payment, Declaration form in case of new joninees etc.
You are adviced to go throuhg the books, you will come to know every forms to fill.

Hi Ravina,
You need to refer the Act books of those Acts.
The Employees State Insurance Act 1948
The Provident Fund & Miscelleneous Provisions Act 1952
You can also have the net versions of those act on Internet
So , go through it, you will come to know all the details.
Also, if possible, you just go to ESIC office, there you will get a information brousher for ESIC contribution, compliance, returns etc.
