PF Formalities
Overall, in the case of PF, you need to fill various forms like FORM 2 for new joiner's nomination, FORM 5 for new joiners in the scheme, FORM 10 for those who have left the scheme, FORM 12A for the monthly statement of contribution, and CHALLAN for making the monthly payment of contributions, etc.

ESI Formalities
In the case of ESI, the monthly challan for contribution payment, Declaration form in the case of new joiners, etc.

You are advised to go through the books; you will come to know every form to fill.

Hi Ravina, you need to refer to the Act books of these Acts:
- The Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948
- The Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952

You can also find online versions of these acts on the internet. Go through them to understand all the details. Additionally, if possible, visit the ESIC office where you can obtain an information brochure on ESIC contributions, compliance, returns, etc.
