I want to do a PhD in management. Please advise on how to select a topic.

Are you studying MBA now or working? And in answering the question, it depends on what specialization you are doing/did in MBA. According to the specialization, you can choose the right path for further studies, maybe a Ph.D., DBA, or MS... Make sure you have set definite goals as to what will add value to your career if you pursue this.
