I reviewed your profile, it is very surprising that you are an electronic engineer and working in HR. First of all I would suggest you to do MBA in HR if you are serious to make a career in HR else there may some problems to find a career in HR. Best of luck.
ya i am planning to do MBA HR from symbiosis distance learning. is it valid? I m not able to go for full time becz i am married. and ya my more interest is with HR field and as per ur view i will do my MBA. thanks a lot for ur kind attention.
As far as distance learning concerns in Pakistan, I dont think it is a valid qualification. I dont know what may in your country but I would suggest you to do in evening classes or attend week end programs. Wish you best of luck.
