In my company Pl- 30, Cl-10, Sl-10, If i have to calculate to leaves for per employee, then what is the formula to calculate the same.
per month CL-?, PL-?, SL-?
Our year start from April to march.

Normally, leaves are calculated for calender year not financial year

I know but in my company its calculated for financial year.
Does it matter to calender year or financial year.

normally, the sick leaves can be taken together so no strict per month restriction, however for cl and pl u can put in
1. CL- maximum of 1 cl in a month... more than 1 cl in a month will be deducted from PL...
2. PL- maximum of 3 in a month
This way u will be on safe side too if we consider statuatory requirements too.
