Leave Calculation in My Company

In my company, we have the following leave entitlements: PL - 30 days, CL - 10 days, SL - 10 days. If I need to calculate the total number of leaves for each employee, what formula should I use? How many CL, PL, and SL are allocated per month?

Our company's leave year runs from April to March.

I know, but in my company, it's calculated for the financial year. Does it matter if it's the calendar year or the financial year?

Normally, sick leave can be taken together, so there is no strict restriction per month. However, for CL and PL, you can follow these guidelines:

1. CL - A maximum of 1 CL per month is allowed. Any additional CL taken in a month will be deducted from PL.
