Pls suggest me the norms for fixation of wages in organisation in detail.Also how is dearness allowance administered in an organisation.Thanks and regards

For wage fixation study data of your indutry , location, similar product, similar group and similar nature of job to comapre exactly. For DA it is fixed on the basis of price index it is revised after every 6 months by govt in their notifcation copy of this is available in labour department , that should be the basis for DA revsion.
