You can also add the number of participants who attended, total man-hours, and the level of training.

Do you have a format for tracking the entire training function? A method of tracking planned vs actuals, sequencing of all activities prior to training, and post-training with lead time filled in. If someone can help me with such a format, it would be great. Thanks.
