Hello friends, I am Aparna. I am working on a study project about HR policies and their updates. Could you please suggest some HR policies that are implemented in various companies? Please elaborate on the policies.
The normal policies are:
- Leave policy
- Loan policy
- Perquisite policy
- Bonus policy
- IT security policy
- Dress code and office discipline policy
- Work timings policy
There are, however, other policies as well, and it differs from organization to organization.
