Are Irrelevant Posts Diluting the Value of Our Professional Forum? Let's Discuss!

Hi All, today I'm going to discuss an issue about the kind of posts titled "No Relevant Posting and Time Passing" by numerous members on this professional site, and I want to ask you all to provide your feedback. As we all may be aware, there are many irrelevant threads posted by numerous members of CiteHR, such as jokes, stories, shayari, poems, and many more. I want to know if this is right or fair for this professional place, and what they are doing here and with what purpose.

- What is the value of this place for them, and what are they doing here?
- Are they here just to have fun, crack jokes, and post poems?
- Or have they joined this place for learning and with the right purpose?

I don't think we are all here just for the above-mentioned purposes; we are here for a special purpose. I know there are many people who regularly post inspirational stories, which is right to some extent, but I have seen numerous threads that shouldn't have been posted here on this professional platform. We are all here to share our knowledge and experience, to learn, and to help those who are seeking assistance regarding their career, life, and education.

I don't understand why they are wasting their time and are busy with this kind of posting. Why don't they use this platform for the right purpose? I hope you can understand my point of view and will consider this issue.

Please let me have your views and suggestions on how to avoid this kind of post so that we can make the best use of this place.

Don't behave as if you are the only senior in this forum. This forum is for everything and for everyone. People can share their ideas, jokes, quotes, etc. here. Please don't discourage them.

No, I'm not hurt, Dharshana, and also no one can hurt me until I allow him/her to hurt me. But yes, I just wanted you to know that this is a professional site, and we are all here to share our knowledge and experience, not for cracking jokes and poems. We are here to advise people who are truly in need, to provide them with ease and solutions to their problems so that they can be encouraged to do the right thing. We are here to help them out.

I just want all my members not to engage in any activities like time pass, hoping that they can understand the value of time and effort.
