Distance Learning MBA After Diploma Engineering (6years Experiance)?

At present, I am working in one company as a Senior Quality Engineer. My basic education is a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from MSBTE. I have 6 years of work experience in the field of Quality. Now, I want to enroll in a distance MBA program with a specialization in Total Quality Management.

Could you please let me know if I am eligible for this program? If yes, kindly guide me on the best institutes to apply to for admission (preferably UGC/AICTE recognized).
