Hi, I am working in a CA firm, and I want to survey employees' expectations from management. Can anyone please provide me with a form or plan to assess employee satisfaction? This way, we can understand the needs and expectations of employees from management.

There are two ways of doing it depending upon the purpose. If you need a quick answer, find a questionnaire used by someone (for example, see the paper at ScienceDirect - The British Accounting Review: Management accounting information and the needs of managers: Perceptions of managers and accountants compared).

Or you can start from first principles and ask the 40 members going through their articleship to list three good points of their managers and three points that they would like changed/improved in the order of importance. Then based on their answers, prepare a questionnaire using the Likert Scale.
