Can I Get an EPF Loan for My Sister's Wedding? Eligibility and Process Time Questions

I am inquiring about the possibility of obtaining an EPF loan for my sister's marriage. I have been in service for 5 years, with 2 years in one organization (EPF amount already claimed) and 3 years in my current organization.

Could you please confirm if I am eligible to avail the loan for my sister's marriage? Additionally, I would like to know the estimated time it would take to complete the loan process.

In order to be eligible for an advance for marriage, you should complete seven years of PF service. However, since you have withdrawn the PF accumulations from your previous employment, those two years of service will not be counted. Therefore, your total service is limited to three years only, which is insufficient for this purpose.
