Transitioning to Learning & Development: How Can I Ace My Upcoming Interview?

I have trained my subordinates as part of my job for almost six years, and now I am transitioning into Learning & Development within my company. Please suggest how to prepare myself for this interview, including tips I should know and how to prepare effectively for the same.
