Basic interview questions which are asked in HR are of following nature...
Industrial Acts like Labour Law, Factories Act, ESI Act,
What is minimum wages?
Diff between Wages & Salary?
Components of Salary?
What is Grievance?
Performance Appraisal/ Potential Appraisal..
Define Training? What is the diff between Training & Development?
Some cases may be asked and you to make analysis of them..
These are practical question asked in HR fresher interviews..

What is PF contribution,
What is CTC and Net to employee

thanks a lot arvind.i also wanted to know that when i go for an interview they ask as to which profile of hr would i like to join as recruitment, t&d etc. what else are r profiles of which i can say.
