Struggling to Find Unskilled Labor Despite a Contractor – What Can I Do?

I am facing a big problem in recruiting unskilled laborers even though we have a contractor. We are not getting proper manpower. Day by day, the situation has become serious. What should I do?

In one of our factories, we use a person with good networking among labor. He gets us all the labor we need and supervises their work on a daily basis. We pay him Rs 5 per worker per day.

Another good option is to look out for a good contractor, but there is a downside. A powerful contractor may hold the company's production later.

We deployed a contractor with a turnover/profit-sharing basis. It made a success in our factory. You can try also.
