Dear Jiten,
If an employee is under suspension, his name would be shown on the records of the organization, but with a remark in red ink "under suspension." If he holds a lien on any post in the organization but is working against some other post, his name would appear against both posts.
Even in the attendance register, his name will be shown but with the remarks in red ink "under suspension." Of course, he would not be allowed to mark his attendance during his suspension period.
In short, suspension is nothing but an act of the administration to debar an employee from working or handling any office record during his suspension period. He will not lose employment until he is terminated or dismissed from service. If the administration deletes his name from the records without terminating or dismissing him, that will be illegal on the part of the administration.
