Effective Training Requisites - Doc Download

Dear all,
I would like to share with all few formats, documents related to training programs.
We focus on the major elements like the venue, food and the transportation etc. However the work doesn't get over there. There are quite a few finer points that one should take care before rolling out an Effective training program.
To begin with, I am attaching the Requirement document.

Further Adding is the check list. Please customize as per you need. Incase someone comes with a better checklist, which is more detailed I would love to receive it.
