Seeking Advice: What Skills and Training Should Our IT Team Focus on Next?

I am working in a Software Development company in the IT industry. I was looking for some formats/templates in Excel/Word for Skills inventory and training calendar. Our company is just 10 years old, and Human Resources Policies have just started in our company. We are planning to provide some training to our programmers. The first training I gave was on Communication skills. Could you please suggest what information I should cover next?
