Exploring HR Research Topics in Private Hospitals for M.Phil. Thesis

I am pursuing M.Phil in HR and I am very confused regarding my topic. One thing I have decided is that I want to do my research thesis on private hospitals but I am unable to zero in on a relevant topic. Please help me in finding a useful topic relating to HR in hospitals.

You have not given enough info to help you. Where are you based, and what access do you have to hospital(s)? What do you mean by "not getting any relevant topic... Topic relating to HR in hospitals"? Have you done any literature survey? If you have not done so; that will be the first step, to see what others have done, how, and why that way. Well, what I have decided so far is that my sample survey would be hospitals. This I can easily get, but I am unable to understand the area for which I should go. My guide has been rejecting any area I have chosen so far. So, my purpose is to find a relevant topic that can be based on private hospitals, related to administration, doctors, etc.

I hope I have been able to clarify my position and concern.
