Designation To Be Given To Office Runners

Please suggest some designations for boys who go to banks etc for submission of forms or to clients to do collections etc. We had the designation of 'collection executives' assigned to them, however a couple of clients commented that collection executives is linked to credit card collection agents. Office boys doesnt look too great on the I Cards.

What is the nature of business of your organization? If they are with sales team it can be named as "SALES SUPPORT (SS)", or "SUPPORTING STAFF (SS)" it can be used for any other.

It is a vague question. You shall name their designation as "Admin Assistant" or even "Office Boy" would be fine.
