Hi friends,
Our company, a private sector bank, organizes blood donation camps as part of CSR initiatives and also to ensure a platform where employees from both divisions, namely Branch Banking Division and Direct Sales Channel, interact and learn to work in a team. However, this initiative has not met with the success we had expected. The following were the problems:
1) In the Direct Sales Channel initiative, employees from branches showed little enthusiasm, resulting in very little participation.
2) The initiative itself failed to generate excitement or interest, with people being scared and skeptical rather than enthusiastic.
Now, I need suggestions on what we should do next. What new initiatives should we introduce, and if we continue with blood donation camps, what steps should we take to ensure success?
Regards,
Rajesh
