Implementing 5S in the Factory

Can anybody help me with implementing 5S in my factory? I need a presentation for 5S.

For Starting 5S Activities:

1. Divide your factory into different zones/areas/segments, e.g., North Zone, South Zone, or Admin Zone, PPC Zone, S&M, etc.
2. Prepare each zone team under one zonal leader.
3. The zonal leader shall coordinate with team members and ensure 5S in their respective area.
4. Train members on 5S concepts.
5. Each zone shall display progress on its zone's board.
6. Conduct 5S meetings with zonal leaders under the direction of the 5S Chief or Chief Coordinator.

By implementing these steps, all areas of the factory will be covered by 5S activities.
