Seeking Insights on Salary Hikes: How Are Software Companies in Hyderabad Handling It?

I am in the process of increasing the salaries of our employees after their performance appraisals. I work for a software company in Hyderabad. Our company's main projects are in ASP.NET. I am looking for the following data regarding salary hikes:

- Employees with 1+ year of experience (with Ratings 1, 2, 3 in Performance Appraisal)
- Employees with 3+ and 4+ years of experience (with Ratings 1, 2, and 3 in their Performance Appraisals)

I have learned that "Hewitt Associates" have conducted a Salary Increase Survey for 2007, which highlights the following points with sector-specific and city-specific aspects. If any of you have that report, please send it to me. HR personnel working in Hyderabad who have already implemented salary hikes for their employees can also assist me in this regard.
