Minimum Basic Salary - Pdf Download

Can any1 pls tell me, tht hw much should be the basic salary in maharashtra according to the minimum wages act...

PFA Minimum Wage Circular of Maharasatra State w.e.f July'2010 to Dec'2010 industrywise in Marathi

The minimum basic wages were revised on 6.8.2010 for few sectors by dy. comm. labour. For companys under factory act and residuary industries the minimum basic is Rs. 4500/- + Rs. 562 /- Spl. All . Hra will be 5 % of basic and spl all.

Please let me know in which catagory of employment your industry falls.e.g. Engg, Residual, hospital, shop etc
The rate of Minimum BASIC is different for different industry.The rates quoted by Mr.Kapil Devji are the rate of dearness allowance (special allowance) to be paid over and Basic salary.

In all there are 64 industries classified by Maharashtra Govt. Basic & Spl allowance is classified as per these 64 industries. Only thing common is The Maharashtra House rent allowance act 1983 is common to all industries and Hra is payable at 5% the rate of Basic+ Spl.ALL.
