Meaning & Difference Between

Dear Seniors,
We all use the following words in our day to day life, but don't go in detail about there exact meaning. So pl let me know the meaning of all the follows & the difference between them from legal point of view.
1. Factory
2. Industry
3. Establishment
4. Organisation
5. Unit
6. Branch
7. Division

Every word has been defined in respective Concerned legislation. And the same will not be applicable every where. Although Factory definition is used to be same as defined under Factories Act.
But as far as concerned about other words. Industry/Establishment/Orgainsation/Unit?Branch/Division have differently defined in different-2 Labours legislation the same is used only in connection of that particular Act For eg if Establishment defined in Factories Act, Shop Act/ PF Act/ESI etc. Definition of that will be consider only for that Act in context is being used.

Seniors pl help. I want the detail meaning & difference between all. Is it a difficult Question ? Why i have not received reply ?

There is nothing difficult but you questions have many dimesions as asked by you
In general terms you know very well about each and every word you have mentioned so need not to explian but all these words have specific definitions under different acts like Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESIC Act, EPF & MP Act etc.
so you need to specifiy your query in what particular enactment you want to know all these terms
