Hi I'm Pravin R. Batulkar. I'm new to this site and interested in taking HR as my career option. I'm looking to start my career in corporate world i.e HR. As I see wide opportunities and ideas working in HR corporate world. Can u advise me or provide some tips.....................

HR is no doubt a good career option, but so are many others streams in today's world. So suggest focus on WHAT SUITS YOU, rather than the other way round. That way, you can be sure of getting into a line of activity that you will begin to love.
Why not give some details about your background so that suggestions could be better related to your background/abilities.

I've compeleted my graduation (Commerce stream) from Mumbai University securing 1st class percent in March,2009. My father is a serviceman who looks after maintainence and wear tear of heavy machines. Elder bro is ground staff executive in Domestic Airport.
I'm more interested in learning new and different things. I understand that I can gain knowledge and experience with working in HR activities. I observe that recruitment is the base of HR. From where should I start as a recruiter or patroll person or Generalist....................
