Need Help In SAP HCM...

Dear Seniors and friends,
I am workin in an IT company as SAP HCM consultant. I am working in a support project. Being a fresher in SAP HCM, I am not aware of job nature in SAP HCM support project. I am not getting a proper trainin from this company. So, request you all to help me in this regard.
