Struggling as a New SAP HCM Consultant Without Training – How Can I Get the Support I Need?

Dear Seniors and friends, I am working in an IT company as an SAP HCM consultant on a support project. As a fresher in SAP HCM, I am not familiar with the job nature in SAP HCM support projects. Unfortunately, I am not receiving proper training from this company. Therefore, I kindly request all of you to assist me in this matter.
