Hi,
I'm an MBA-HR having 2+ yrs exp in Recruitment. Now I want to move in the area of HR- Generalist profile.
I came across certain institutes here in Delhi Providing HR-Generalist practical workshop/courses. Its for 1-2 mth duration. I have attached the detail of the course. Also, they are providing placement assistance as well.
So, I want to know if it is effective to join such course to enter in the core HR-Generalist area.
Is there any one who has done such courses, kindly suggest me if it is effective....
