Please help me out with this query of mine. I'm an MBA-HR with over 2 years of experience in Recruitment. Now, I want to move into the area of an HR-Generalist profile. I came across certain institutes here in Delhi providing HR-Generalist practical workshops/courses. They are for 1-2 months in duration. I have attached the details of the course.
