Can a Director's Relative Be Appointed as CEO in a Private Company? Let's Discuss!

I want to know whether any relative of a director can be appointed as Chief Executive Director of a private company on a consolidated salary of Rs. 25,000. Please give me details regarding appointment and remuneration of a CEO.

Why not? Being a relative of one of the Directors may not disqualify someone from becoming the MD or CEO of the company unless otherwise specified in the Articles of Association or resolved in a shareholders' meeting.

Please inform whether a private company can appoint directors directly and what benefits can be given to directors. Awaiting reply.

Kindly specify what kind of directors you are referring to. Is it the board of directors or the executive director? For the sake of designation, some SMEs appoint directors. In the case of the directors of the board, there will be only meeting fees (sitting fees) and the travel/stay expenses paid. In the case of whole-time or executive directors, there will be a regular structure like any other paid employee with additional benefits.

Hence, kindly explain what exactly you are looking for.
