I have just join a manufacturing unit(Having manpower 1200) I have to make a complete HR Policies and Procedures all the parameters of HR. Request to kindly send me Complete Hr Manual if possible ...

You would find many such formats in this community. Please do keep in mind the vertical alignment as many requirements would be different for you. You would need to maintain the statutory requirements. Is your company an MNC? In that case you may need to include expat management as well. Finally please do consider location-based requirements
