The Role of HR in Child Labor Prevention
The HR function has a significant role, I believe, to play in achieving a world where children can be children and realize their right to education and a childhood free of forced labor. Every HR Manager has a duty to ensure that his or her company has an appropriate child labor policy that is appropriately enforced throughout the supply chain.
