Worried About Job Security at TCS Due to HIV Status: Will They Keep It Confidential?

Hi, my name is Latha. I got selected by TCS, but due to my bad luck, I am HIV+. In the pre-employment medical test, I will be identified as HIV+. Due to this reason, will TCS reject me? Can you provide an answer for this? If they allow me to work, will it be known to everyone working with me, or will it be kept confidential in the workplace?

I have heard about cases where TCS rejected individuals due to color blindness after medical tests. I am wondering if the same situation applies to HIV-positive individuals.
