Yes, because for some clients, we worked with participants of the Effective Business Communications Program in their real-life situations one month after conducting the program. Twelve out of 20 participants were found to have improved their communication. Reporting Managers were satisfied and advised us to work with the remaining participants. We worked with the rest of the participants but only managed to improve 5 more participants. We acknowledged that we could not improve the remaining 3 due to attitude problems in their relationships with supervisors.

Real-life behavior, as certified by Reporting Managers, was deemed more relevant than administering an instrument with hypothetical questions.

NO - because 60% of the participants take care of the effectiveness evaluation themselves, and we are not involved. We only know that the programs were effective because we receive repeat orders from them.
