All flammable liquid / solvent containers trucks have earthing facility you check with fuel container trucks then u know (Please find the attached photo).
But in this case it’s different. This situation u remember one thing all flammable liquid / solvent container trucks have earthing facility. If truck met an accident u want to transfer fuel in this time u will check the nearest earthing point or location if u get u connects with earthing then u start transfer flammable liquid / solvent. If u not get any point or location near accident area u will arrange earthing rod put on the ground then u connect with earthing rod. It’s the easiest & safest way. . .
