Well, there can be more than five parameters of PA as it depends upon the process. Broadly, you can distinguish them into two. One is skill-based, which is directly related to the job/process. Secondly, the behavioral aspects help an employee to perform that job or succeed further in his career.
You can break down the skill part into categories like knowledge, quality, feedback, etc. Behavioral aspects will include qualities like team leadership, motivation level, discipline, planning, and management.
