I would suggest you prepare banners, posters, and stick them wherever required, along with a paper presentation for a more effective understanding of office discipline. Discipline could be in terms of attendance, punctuality, breaks during business hours, dressing sense, company culture, peer relationships, quality of organization, and even small things like saving electricity, switching off AC and monitors when away from the seat, and cell phone usage in the office premises. Lunchroom etiquettes are also essential.
You can take each point and highlight them according to your company's requirements.
