Tomorrow is a big and very important day for all of us, as the court is going to announce the Ayodhya verdict. What to say, will the decision repeat history again? No peace, no agreement, the same situation, same riots, violence, etc. Have we learned any lessons from those days? Your comment is important.

It's not a story, dear. It's a very sensitive issue - the issue of Ayodhya Mandir and Babri Masjid. In simple words, it's a case of Hindu-Muslim riots.

If you have been following the COMPLETE media coverage, everyone in positions of responsibility is trying their BEST to ensure that the RESPONSE TO THE VERDICT is NOT WHAT YOU MENTIONED: "Hindu-Muslim Riots". Please grow up, and if you can't, at least don't add to the already delicate situation from our fraternity of HR professionals.

Frankly, it would have been much better if you had started a thread to elicit ideas/comments/actionable points on HOW TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNAL PEACE after the Verdict. Sorry for being so blunt -- but with the string of fiascos/scandals hitting the country since the past few weeks/months -- the latest being the CWG, the minimum we, as professionals, could do is: NOT TO ADD UP TO AN ALREADY WORSENING SITUATION.

Thanks for your suggestion, but sorry to say, could you please read again what I had said. Some gentlemen don't know about the Ayodhya story. I told one of them that at that time, due to some reasons, there were Hindu-Muslim riots. I am not suggesting that it will happen again. I hope you understand now.

I suggest a solution to this never-ending political controversy is that all Indians, peace-loving, united, and caring, should come together and tell the court or government to build a hospital or school at the disputed site. In my opinion, I prefer a world-class hospital at the disputed site as our country needs hospitals that fulfill all religious fundamentals by providing care and hope to the ones who are ill.

I hope, I so much hope, the verdict is in favor of the country's citizens and does not repeat any ugly history!

I just go with Mr. Zulfikar's view. In today's situation, what we need is peace. So let the government or the court take a decision to build a hospital or school in that place, which will be useful for the people of all communities. We already have lots of temples and mosques in India, so let's build a school over there which will help provide knowledge to the next generation or a hospital which can help cure the suffering people.

I think even Ram and Allah will be happy if we do this instead of building a temple or mosque for them. Please think that we are all Indians instead of thinking Hindu, Muslim, or Christian. Jai Hind.

I want to share my views about the Ayodhya issue. It's just a matter of how we take it. It is merely a political issue caused by our politicians, that's it. The common people want to build either a school or a hospital for common use, but our respected politicians are in favor of riots. As citizens of integrated India, we should be out of such matters and have neutral opinions about these kinds of issues.

Why is there a need to discuss the point at this forum? Is it necessary? What makes it different? The Supreme Court had already stayed the verdict by one week, and let's pray to our almighty that this verdict should never be announced. Let's not talk about the mandir or masjid. We shall work for the betterment of our community.

No body can solve this problem as long as God wishes. It is time that will solve all problems, but one thing - we so-called educated Indians don't have brains and unity. We have lost so many things to foreigners, and we will continue to lose because we lack unity. Md. Ghori attacked us - history knows what he did to Indian culture. Although this decision is postponed, I feel there will be a drastic change, and some important things are going to happen. All cities will be affected. Maybe some good things or bad.

We must note that for the last 130+ years, various courts have been insisting on a "solution with mutual agreement" between Hindu and Muslim groups. To avoid further clashes, the government should consider paying a significant amount to one of the parties, and in the nation's interest, both groups should settle for that. In any case, that amount will likely end up in the pockets of a few politicians, but let's prevent riots from happening again.

Although the verdict has been delayed, sooner or later it has to come. One thing is certain: the general public is not bothered by the outcome of the 60-year-old case. They are interested in their own livelihood and to live peacefully.

If all the so-called leaders of the masses stop polluting the minds of the younger generation, no rioting or violence will happen. If you look at the violent mob, you will never find a so-called leader facing the bullets; rather, it is the innocent but poisoned-minded youth of the nation.

We are all victims of some politicians who have arisen all these problems for their personal gains. In this forum, everybody is talking about this, but no common man is interested, whether it is a temple or a mosque. Only some people add fuel to the fire to keep it burning and divide all Indians to rule over them.

There are a lot of issues to be discussed:

1. Scandals of CWG, how many crores have been misappropriated? Whose money is this? It is our hard-earned money that we pay in taxes for everything, but we are not questioning how it is being spent. I salute the Indian media, which brought all this to light, but still, we are all unable to do anything. We are just mute spectators. Let us join hands against this; do not pay taxes unless we get an account of all the money spent on CWG (a lot of shame and unfinished work with only 9 days to go). Only a revolution can stop these types of massive money-eating scandals.

Our Indian brothers are struggling in many places to find work, farmers without water and electricity, malnutrition deaths, suicides, how many homeless Indian brothers. Why is money not being spent on improving their lives? While we are spending on entertainment for games.

So, people, wake up and be cautious about what is happening. Another example is Ms. Mayawati the Great, she spent almost 280 Cr. on statues of Ambedkar, elephants, etc. Now she is demanding 200 Cr. from the center for flood-hit areas. Why wasn't the previous money used wisely?

How dare she use our money in such a way, but who is asking, and who is going to hold these individuals accountable?

The day bonhomie between politics, religion, and caste ends, these kinds of problems will end. The new generation of political leaders understands it well. But who is going to teach our political DADAJI's? Their survival depends on how strongly they can play these cards. There is one solution that I have in mind. Economically upper and middle-class citizens must franchise their votes. As HR professionals, how can we encourage employees to franchise their vote? Is half-day/full-day leave on the voting day enough? Give it a thought. Can we have organized voting followed by a picnic/fun game?

For thousands of years, Mughals and others have been attacking Hindu religion. They have committed many outrages against our mothers and sisters and converted many Hindus to Islam through terrorism. Despite all these attacks, Hindus have stood their ground and slowly recovered each time. Throughout these attacks, Hindus have lost their ancient temples, beautiful structures, rock crafts, and important religious scriptures.

If our home is captured by someone else, then our response should be "let's make a settlement and we will build a hospital or school here with a common name." This is called the family concept. Very good...

Don't run away from the situation (making so-called broad-minded statements like "Ram" and "Ali"). Tear off the mask of secularism, as it is an illusion. (I know what today's secularism is, to support Muslims and to oppose Hindus. The original definition is not like this).

As Hinduism is a very broad concept, this is not the right platform to persuade all the so-called seculars.

Let's face the truth.
