I am Revathi working with a agro. foods company at Chennai. I am trying to prepare a travel reimbursement policy for Sales Executives of our company. Since I am doing it for the first time I require guidance. Kindly tell me how to frame a travel policy.

Categorise on the types of travel. Freeze per Diem competitive to your industry. Finally do look into the taxation.
