Can anyone help me with how to create a complete HR handbook? What topics should be covered such as policies, procedures, etc.?

Hi Girija, please do a search in the download section. You will find some documents that can surely help you out. There might be a few policies that will not be covered in these manuals, but they can give you direction for your work. Take a look at this. I used it and found it very useful.

I am preparing a project on statutory compliance. I don't know how to cover all the areas of laws and collect data on it, so I have covered some selective laws like the Factories Act and Contract Labour Act. I have prepared questionnaires and analyzed them. Can anyone help me with this report?

Hi,

An employee handbook should contain excerpts from the policy, but more of guidelines. It need not publish all the contents of a policy into a handbook. The handbook should merely be a guide; for any details and doubts, employees should always refer to the policy and procedure document.
