Dear MANOJ,

There are no MODEL Standing Orders for Maharashtra as such. There are two types of standing orders in Maharashtra:

1. For industries covered by the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 - Industrial Employment Standing Orders (Central Act).
2. For industries covered by the Bombay Industrial Relations Act, 1946 - MODEL STANDING ORDERS framed under BIR Act.

Thus, first find out under which act your industry is covered and then go for the standing orders.
