How Do I Accurately Calculate Employee CTC in a Transportation Company? Seeking Advice!

I am working as an HR manager in a transportation company. My boss has asked me to calculate the CTC of all employees (old and new). Please suggest how I should calculate the CTC of all employees. What should I include in CTC? Kindly suggest.

Hi Shilpi, CTC means Cost to Company. All organizations have different setups in CTC. So first, take the earning and deduction heads of this organization.

CTC Components

CTC: Gross + Bonus + ER PF + ER ESI.
