Is the Industrial Disputes (Amendment) Act 2010 Officially Notified Yet? Can Anyone Share the Gazette Notification?

Whether the said Industrial Disputes (Amendment) Act 2010 (Act 24 of 2010) is notified or not? If notified, please post the gazette notification.

The amendment act has been passed by the Parliament, but the copy of the Gazette Notification is not yet available on the site of the Ministry of Labour. The same may be available with the Labour Inspectors or the local office of the Labour Department.
