Comparison Of Performance Appraisal Methods

Dear All,
I'm working on a project of comparing appraisal methods in different organisations...can somebody help me with the process pls...the questionnaire to be developed for doing this...pls. help me.

Before you prepare a questionnaire, identify the key variables and find out how to measure them and analyse them. After that do a pilot study. Then revise the questionnaire.
