I'm working on a project comparing appraisal methods in different organizations. Can somebody help me with the process, please? I need assistance in developing the questionnaire for this. Please help me.

Before you prepare a questionnaire, identify the key variables, and find out how to measure and analyze them. After that, do a pilot study. Then revise the questionnaire.
